Presenter: Johnny Hung, Founder of Mighty AI
"AI in Claims Evidence: Past, Now, Tools,” led by Johnny Hung, founder of Mighty AI, which builds document and image fraud detection for insurers. Free AI tools can now generate or edit claim photos, estimates, and statements in minutes, and a 2026 Verisk study found 99 percent of insurers have already seen manipulated or AI-altered documentation. This session starts from zero. You will see how these fakes became easy to make, what they look like in real auto and property files, including a live real-or-edited quiz, and what labels like Content Credentials and SynthID can and cannot prove. You leave with a desk checklist for adjusters and SIU, a worksheet, and a scorecard for judging any detection tool. No technical background is needed, and attendees receive a take-home guide.
